Elevator Pitch No. 2

2. I was really impressed with the great feedback I got on my last elevator pitch. I had never done one before and I tend to not love speaking in front of people. A lot of my feedback had to do with how I drew the listener in and it was very intriguing. I backed up my venture with other examples to prove that my opportunity is indeed there. An interesting piece of feedback I got was including statistics and I think that is very important. I am still struggling to find the exact number of people in wheelchairs that land in Orlando Intl on a yearly basis. Once I do, I'll be sure to add that piece of information in.

3. While overall my feedback was very positive, I changed the structure of my pitch. I opened with more relatable facts and statements and then took some old pieces from my first pitched and added them in where I thought necessary.

  1. Jayme,

A+ on your pitch. I love your passion, enthusiasm, and how you incorporated statistics in your pitch. I like your vision and it is clear to me that you are knowledgeable and passionate about your concept as it does provide a need for people who need access the most. You also maintained eye contact with the camera which I think helped to sell your idea. Great job.

  2. It helps so much when you can tell that the person selling you is passionate about their work and that much is very clear from you. I think your presentation was really concise, while also getting across just about all the information they could want to have in such a short amount of time. I think your idea is excellent as well!

  3. Jayme,
I can clearly tell that you care about and really believe in your idea, which really helps sell me on it. You also decided to appeal to the audience's empathy, which doesn't work for every business concept but was the perfect route to take for yours. Also, your gestures helped to convey your passion and urgency. Good job!
