2) Map Out Each Item

Rental Cars 
     Core: At this rent a wheel chair you have a wide variety of options to choose from when it comes to deciding which car to rent including the entry height (which is rare). No matter your preference on entering the van or how tall you like it, we have one just for you.
     Tangible: The ability for someone in a wheelchair to be able to rent a wheelchair van specific to their needs to get them from point A to point B
     Core: Not only are you getting the van, but you are getting a 24 hour service call line, roadside assistance, and an easy location right by the airport for convenient pick up

Accessories 
      Core: While the wheelchair van is just the basic need, many people are going to need to attach certain lifts/ ramps in order to accommodate their needs. Some might need the additional benefit of hand controls.
     Tangible: Assist the person in the wheelchair to better get into the van and better have control of the vehicle.
     Augmented: Very little additional charge for these add ons, compared to competitors.

Packages
      Core: Different options of how long to rent in order to accommodate the customers preference (how long they need it for)
     Tangible: Discounted prices the longer you rent the vehicle
     Augmented: Specials for holidays, long-time customers, etc.

3) Describe the Innovations

Rental Cars

• Providing a free/small fee delivery to wherever the customer needs to be picked up
• Always having all of the different types of vans in stock including the height and different types of entry which means always studying the data and what the most popular vans are

Accessories

• The accessories in-stock sometimes do not satisfy everyones needs, other accessories are necessary they are just not as popular, so providing those as well.
• Creating a package deal that comes with the van for a cheaper price compared to if you were to rent them separately.

Packages

• Creating more benefits for trustworthy customers, i.e. a credit card, no interest, etc. 
• Adding, 3 day and 5 day rental rates at more of a discounted rate since that is a popular time of rental, instead of paying full daily prices or weekly prices.
